Very satisfied with this playpen. It's big enough and sturdy enough for 2 grandchildren. Please note that 1 fitted sheet comes with the playpen. We bought a separate fitted sheet not knowing this, but having 2 sets works out when a replacement is needed on the fly (ie. spilled milk, diaper leak, etc.). As always, Amazon service and delivery time can't be beat.

We are grandparents who LOVE the Joovy Play yard - it's like the big playpens from 30 yrs ago. Very disappointed in the sheets, however. Yes, they're nice and soft but shrunk so much after first washing that they barely fit. The sheets tug the mattress so much that it's about 2" shorter than the play yard all the way around the perimeter. [FYI - I washed them in cold water, partially dried them in medium dryer heat setting, then hung them to dry] They were pricey to begin with but couldn't find another option. If you buy the sheets, maybe don't put them in the dryer at all?[

Was shipped very quickly after order. Product is well made (strong). Design has a problem. The panels that make up the floor pad after a few times, start overlapping when the protective fitted sheet is installed. The sheet should have been maybe 2 inches larger all around to prevent this, or the floor/mat panels should have been designed to prevent overlapping.
Breaking down an storing the "baby-box" (Room2) is a bit tricky. If you don't get all the guardrail releases in "just-the-right-position" you will "dance" with the unit quite a bit until you get everything "just-right". Sometimes the underside frame work traps material and once again you get to dance with the unit until you notice the material is trapped in the framework.
Don't get me wrong, it is easy to "set-up", it is just the "take down" that is a bit of a pain. We feel our grandchild is very safe and enjoys his "baby-box".
